The mesh front panel facilitates water drainage and the RDB is slightly longer than the Fire/Rescue and Tactical versions to facilitate easy repacking of a wet Multi-Loop Rescue Strap. Two hook & loop straps facilitate mounting to a PFD, Boat, or SCUBA Rig.
