CRO designed the 26L to meet the 2 Unit LTOWB SOP for internal storage. After surveying the community, most medics with a 2U SOP were opting for some type of 30L ruck to carry blood internally, while still having enough room for resuscitative equipment. By creating space efficiencies with a purpose-built product for medics delivering Damage Control Resuscitation, CRO was able to reduce the overall footprint compared to commercial off-the-shelf 30L rucks. The DCR-26L is remarkably low profile for the size. A true assault bag and a new industry standard.
