At 4 kN, the maximum impact force is significantly lower than the legally stipulated maximum of 6kN. The window makes it possible to visually check the intactness of the energy absorber at any time. The specially designed DEFUSER energy absorbers type S, L, and RESCUE may be used exclusively with the guided-type fall arrester FUSE: They are light, compact, and the maximum arrest shock is 30 % below the standard.
